1. contract subject

provider organizes and delivers in-person retreat programs. event-specific details (location, dates, scope, final amount, and currency) are shown before payment confirmation.

2. acceptance and document package

the contract is accepted upon successful one-time payment. the contract package includes this offer, service delivery policy, refund policy, and privacy policy.

3. payment model

• one-time payment only; no recurring charges;
• final amount and currency are visible before confirmation;
• payment confirmation is sent to participant contact details.

4. service boundaries

the service is an experiential/wellbeing retreat format. it is not an educational service, medical service, or clinical psychotherapy service. no diplomas or certificates are issued. participants must be 18+.

5. rights, obligations, and safety

• participant provides accurate data and follows event safety and conduct rules;
• provider may deny or terminate participation in case of severe rule violation or safety risk;
• refund implications are governed by refund policy and factual circumstances.

6. liability and limitations

• provider is liable for proper service delivery within paid scope;
• provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or participant third-party costs (travel, accommodation, visa), unless expressly agreed;
• force majeure may affect timing or format with participant notice.

7. payment disputes and anti-fraud

for disputed operations, provider may request supporting order/payment data. chargeback handling relies on order records, participant communication, and evidence of service delivery/readiness.

8. governing law and claims

governing law is UAE (Dubai), unless mandatory rules provide otherwise. claims should be sent to support@vahueevents.com; target first response is up to 2 business days.
