refund policy

this policy applies to in-person retreat payments unless event-specific terms explicitly state otherwise. event-specific terms prevail in case of conflict.

1. participant cancellation

2. transfer to another event

one-time transfer may be offered subject to seat availability. transfer conditions are confirmed in writing.

3. organizer cancellation

if event is cancelled by organizer, participant can choose full refund or transfer to another available event.

4. how to request review

send request to support@vahueevents.com from the payment email and include participant name, event, payment date, amount, and reason.

5. refund channel and timing

refund is sent to the original payment method where technically available. posting timelines depend on acquiring and issuer-bank processes.

6. fees and chargeback process

third-party banking/provider fees outside organizer control may be non-refundable. disputed transactions (chargebacks) are reviewed against order records and service delivery evidence.
